Return and Refund Policy:

• Any problem must be reported within 7 days of receiving the order.
• The customer is not entitled to request a refund of the amount/order after opening the device, even without using it (devices are for personal use). If there is no problem with the device, the amount or order cannot be refunded.
• The customer bears the customs expenses, consequences and responsibility for the customs policy of the country to which the order is shipped.
• When the shipment is returned due to a data error or the customer’s failure to respond, the return value is estimated according to the condition of the product after it arrives at the company, with the deduction of shipping and customs costs.
• In the event of damage to the products by the shipping company, the refund will be for the price of the product at the time of purchase only, and with the same payment method, and SILKY SKIN has the right to compensate the customer with a purchase coupon from the online store with the same value as the damaged product.
• The estimated amounts will be refunded by the company, through the same payment method by the customer, within a period of 3 to 21 working days.
• If the customer wishes to cancel the order before preparation and shipping, he can do so without incurring shipping costs and the full amount will be refunded.
• In the event that the customer cancels part of the shipment after it has been prepared and delivered to the shipping company or received by the customer, the shipping costs will be deducted from the order value and any other costs related to shipping, and the customer will receive a cash refund for the remaining order value only upon receipt of the returned order by the shipping company and based on the order status on the company’s system and not on the shipping company’s system and tracking the order status, provided that the device is received in factory condition without opening the package .
