Return and Refund Policy:

Any problem must be reported within 7 days of receiving the order.
The customer is not entitled to request a refund of the amount/order after opening the device, even without using it (devices are for personal use). If there is no problem with the device, the amount or order cannot be refunded.
The customer bears the customs expenses, consequences and responsibility for the customs policy of the country to which the order is shipped.
When the shipment is returned due to a data error or the customer’s failure to respond, the return value is estimated according to the condition of the product after it arrives at the company, with the deduction of shipping and customs costs.
In the event of damage to the products by the shipping company, the refund will be for the price of the product at the time of purchase only, and with the same payment method, and SILKY SKIN has the right to compensate the customer with a purchase coupon from the online store with the same value as the damaged product.

المنتج جميل ومافيه مشاكل بس عندي ملاحظة بسيطة يوم اسوي الليزر بعد ما اخلص انتبه انه في بقع رمادية عالعدسة وحاولت اني امسحها بس ما يروح مع العلم يوم اسوي ليزر ما اكون حاطه ولا كريم او جل او اي شي ف ماعرف شو السبب
