Return & Refund Policy

• You must report any issue within 7 days from the date of receiving the order.
• The customer is not eligible to request a refund after opening the device, even if it has not been used (personal-use devices). If the device has no defect, the amount or order cannot be refunded.
• The customer is responsible for customs fees, duties, and compliance with customs regulations in the destination country.
• If the shipment is returned due to incorrect information or the customer not responding, the refund amount will be evaluated based on the product’s condition upon arrival at the company, with shipping and customs fees deducted.
• If the product is damaged by the shipping company, the refund will cover the product price at the time of purchase only and will be processed using the same payment method. SILKY SKIN has the right to compensate the customer with a store credit equal to the product’s value.
• Approved refunds from the company will be processed using the same payment method within 3 to 21 business days.
• If the customer wishes to cancel the order before processing or shipping, they may do so without any shipping fees, and the full amount will be refunded.
• If the customer cancels part of the shipment after it has been processed and handed to the courier or after receiving it, shipping fees and any related charges will be deducted. The remaining refund will be processed only after the returned item is received by the company and inspected based on the company’s system (not the courier’s system). The device must be received in factory condition without opening the seal.
