You must report any issue within 7 days from the date of receiving the order.
The customer is not eligible to request a refund after opening the device, even if it has not been used (personal-use devices). If the device has no defect, the amount or order cannot be refunded.
The customer is responsible for customs fees, duties, and compliance with customs regulations in the destination country.
If the shipment is returned due to incorrect information or the customer not responding, the refund amount will be evaluated based on the product’s condition upon arrival at the company, with shipping and customs fees deducted.
If the product is damaged by the shipping company, the refund will cover the product price at the time of purchase only and will be processed using the same payment method. SILKY SKIN has the right to compensate the customer with a store credit equal to the product’s value.
Approved refunds from the company will be processed using the same payment method within 3 to 21 business days.
