Return and Refund Policy:

• If the customer wishes to cancel the order before preparation and shipping, he can do so without incurring shipping costs and the full amount will be refunded.
• In the event that the customer cancels part of the shipment after it has been prepared and delivered to the shipping company or received by the customer, the shipping costs will be deducted from the order value and any other costs related to shipping, and the customer will receive a cash refund for the remaining order value only upon receipt of the returned order by the shipping company and based on the order status on the company’s system and not on the shipping company’s system and tracking the order status, provided that the device is received in factory condition without opening the package .
